We configure your menu and location

For Square merchants, your catalogue syncs automatically. For non-Square merchants, our team imports your menu, sets up your location, and configures your delivery radius.

Orders start flowing into your kitchen

GetFLO orders fire directly to your Square KDS — same as an in-person order. FaveCart orders go to the IBO's shopping queue. No new tablet. No beeping third-party device. No extra staff needed.

Your customers earn FavePoints — attributed to you

Every delivery order earns FavePoints for your customer, tied to your location. Their loyalty builds on your platform, not a generic app. Repeat customers come back through your branded channel.

GetFLO merchants keep 100% of every order less their own standard card processing — 0% commission on food across both their own channels and the getflo.ca marketplace. FaveCart merchants receive full order value — no deduction. Payout cycle configurable.

What merchants ask us first

Do I need to be on Square to use FaveCart or GetFLO?
No. Square merchants get the fastest, most integrated experience — your catalogue syncs automatically and orders fire directly to your KDS. But we support non-Square merchants through a sidecar dashboard. GetFLO also works with Lightspeed, Toast, Clover, and paper-ticket kitchens. We configure everything on our side.
What does "$0 commission on FaveCart" actually mean?
It means Aisle FLO takes no percentage of your product revenue on FaveCart — ever. Customers pay a flat order processing fee (their cost, not yours). IBOs are compensated separately through that customer fee. Your shelf price is what you receive. No hidden deductions, no monthly fee, no per-order percentage.
Who delivers? Are they insured?
Orders are fulfilled by Independent Business Operators (IBOs) — local operators who have applied, been approved, and maintain a minimum rating. RADL drivers carry commercial insurance. All IBOs operate under the Aisle FLO Agency of Service agreement and are not employees or gig contractors in the traditional sense.
What cities are you in?
FaveCart is live in Ottawa. GetFLO is launching in Ottawa now. We're expanding to Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, Hamilton, Windsor, London ON, Thunder Bay, and planned into Halifax, Kitchener, Saskatoon, Regina, and Quebec City. If your city isn't listed, reach out — we're actively recruiting anchor merchants for every launch market.
Can I white-label the platform under my own brand?

Where is my customer data stored?
Our core — application and database — is self-hosted on Canadian infrastructure, not a US hyperscaler's Canadian region. Aisle FLO Inc. is Canadian-owned and Ottawa-operated, subject to Canadian law and PIPEDA. That's the Canadian way, and it's the design.
