Aisle FLO Inc. is a Canadian technology company operating the Agency of Service model. We connect customers with Independent Business Operators ("Agents") who fulfill orders on your behalf. Aisle FLO does not sell groceries, food, or goods, and does not employ drivers or shoppers. Agents are members of The Agency — an independent operator network.
When you place an order, you authorize Aisle FLO and the assigned Agent to act on your behalf to purchase, pick up, or deliver the requested goods or services. The retailer or restaurant — not Aisle FLO and not the Agent — is the seller of goods and merchant of record. Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
You must provide an accurate delivery address and any instructions required to complete your order. If an order cannot be completed due to circumstances within your control — such as an incorrect address or failure to be present — refund eligibility may be limited.
For FaveCart and GetFLO, you pay the posted shelf or menu price — no markups. A flat Order Processing fee applies per order based on size and membership tier, displayed before you confirm. All prices are in Canadian dollars. Final charges are applied once your order is confirmed complete.
You may cancel at no charge before an Agent accepts your order. Once accepted, cancellation may result in a partial fee. Orders cannot be cancelled once an Agent has begun fulfillment. Report order issues within 24 hours at [email protected] or 1 (844) 840-0579.
If an item is unavailable, your Agent may suggest a substitution based on your preferences. You will not be charged for items that are out of stock and not substituted.
By creating an account, you consent to receive service communications by email, SMS, push notification, or in-app message. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time. Opting out does not affect transactional service communications.
You pay the store's posted price at the time of shopping. Your Agent uploads the store receipt after checkout for full transparency. If you request leave-at-door delivery, you assume full responsibility for items once placed at that location. Prohibited items include alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, prescription medications, and other age-restricted items.
You pay the restaurant's true menu price — no markup. GetFLO Agents pick up sealed orders as prepared by the restaurant. Aisle FLO is not responsible for restaurant preparation errors. Alcohol is not currently available through GetFLO.
RADL uses a flat platform fee plus distance-based fares with no surge pricing. Fares are displayed before you confirm. Treat your Agent with respect — abusive conduct may result in account suspension. A no-show fee may apply if you are not at the pickup location when your Agent arrives.
GoCart is designed for small, quick orders. You pay the store's posted price plus a flat platform fee. Age-restricted items are not available.
You define the task. Your Agent uses professional judgment to fulfill it. Detailed instructions improve outcomes. Agents may decline requests that are unsafe, illegal, or outside the platform's intended use.

You must be of legal age in your province to form a binding contract. You agree to use our Services lawfully and respectfully. You must not scrape data, interfere with our systems, use our Services for commercial resale, or engage in abusive conduct toward Agents or staff.
AI-powered features including Hermie are provided to assist with ordering and support — not for automated programmatic access. AI outputs may vary and are not a substitute for professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aisle FLO's total aggregate liability for all claims related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of $100 CAD or the amounts you paid to Aisle FLO in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
Before commencing legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution in good faith. Written notice describing the dispute must be provided, with 30 days for the receiving party to respond. Unresolved disputes shall be brought before the courts of Ottawa, Ontario. Individual claims only — class proceedings are waived to the extent permitted by applicable Ontario law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Courts of Ottawa, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction for non-arbitrable claims.

We use your information to process and fulfill orders, operate FaveWallet and FavePoints, match customers with Agents, send service communications, detect and prevent fraud, improve our platforms and AI tools, and comply with applicable law. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles or sell data to third parties.
Between customers and Agents: Limited order and contact information is shared to enable fulfillment. Agents are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Service providers: We use trusted service providers to help operate the Services — including payment processing, database and hosting, messaging, and AI-assisted features — under data processing agreements. We do not sell or rent your data.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
All payment processing is handled by our payment processor. Aisle FLO does not store card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials. Loyalty card images are encrypted, accessible only to your assigned Agent during an active order, and permanently deleted once delivery begins.
We protect your information using TLS encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and row-level database security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].
Order data is retained for a minimum of 7 years for financial record-keeping. Account data is retained until deletion is requested. Loyalty card images are deleted immediately after delivery begins. AI conversation logs are retained for up to 90 days unless earlier deletion is requested.
Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent to certain uses. Submit requests to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at 1-800-282-1376.

You are an Independent Business Operator (IBO) — not an employee, dependent contractor, or legal agent of Aisle FLO Inc. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship, partnership, or franchise. You control your own schedule, methods, and service approach. Aisle FLO provides technology tools and customer matching — it does not direct or supervise your work.
When you accept an order, you act on behalf of the customer — not Aisle FLO.
You must notify Aisle FLO immediately if your eligibility status changes.
You select which platforms to operate on at enrollment. Upon approval, you access The Agency portal at agency.aisleflo.ca. Access is personal and non-transferable. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
Assignments are offered based on proximity, availability, enrollment, and rating. You have the right to accept or decline any assignment. FaveCart customers' designated preferred Agents receive a first-offer window. Once accepted, you are expected to complete the assignment. Frequent cancellations after acceptance may affect your assignment priority.
Earnings are displayed before you accept each assignment. Customer bonuses are passed to you in full — Aisle FLO retains no portion. Earnings are paid via FaveWallet instant payouts or Interac e-Transfer. Cash is not accepted on any platform.
As an IBO, you are solely responsible for reporting income to the CRA, filing tax returns, and registering for GST/HST if applicable. Aisle FLO does not withhold income tax, CPP, or EI.
Customers rate each completed assignment. Ratings affect your assignment priority and preferred Agent eligibility. Aisle FLO maintains minimum service standards per platform. Agents falling below minimums will be notified before any action is taken, except in cases of serious misconduct.
All customer information accessed during fulfillment — addresses, phone numbers, order contents, loyalty card details — is strictly confidential. You must not retain, share, or use customer information for any purpose outside completing the assigned order. Violations may result in immediate removal from The Agency.
You are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance for your business activities, including vehicle insurance with any required ride-share endorsements for RADL. Aisle FLO does not provide vehicle insurance, general liability, workers' compensation, or any employment-related benefits on your behalf.
As an IBO, you are not entitled to minimum wage guarantees, overtime, vacation pay, EI, CPP contributions from Aisle FLO, workers' compensation, or any other employment benefits. You are solely responsible for your own financial and retirement arrangements.
You may terminate at any time through your Agent dashboard. Aisle FLO may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of this Agreement, fraudulent conduct, carrying Prohibited Items, or sustained low ratings. Outstanding earnings for completed assignments are paid on the next scheduled payout date.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Disputes shall be resolved before the courts of Ottawa, Ontario. Contact: [email protected] · 1 (844) 840-0579
Aisle FLO connects customers with independent Agents who provide delivery of groceries, restaurant orders, convenience items, packages, and personal shopping tasks. Aisle FLO does not itself provide delivery, transportation, logistics, or courier services. All services are performed by Agents who are Independent Business Operators.
You must not accept, carry, or deliver any of the following:
Contact [email protected] or 1 (844) 840-0579 if you are uncertain whether an item is prohibited before accepting an order.
For GoCart and Shopper Service package orders: packages must not exceed 14 kg per trip, must fit safely in a standard vehicle, and declared value must not exceed $500 CAD unless pre-approved. Packages must be securely sealed by the sender before pickup.
Once you accept an order, fulfill it promptly and professionally. If delivery cannot be completed, attempt customer contact via the in-app function, follow any leave-at-door instructions, and if no instructions are available, contact Aisle FLO support before leaving an order unattended. Items confirmed delivered to the specified location are the customer's responsibility.
Earnings are displayed before acceptance. Customer bonuses are passed to you in full. Cash is not accepted. Payouts are processed via FaveWallet instant payouts or Interac e-Transfer per your dashboard payout schedule.
Aisle FLO's total liability to you in connection with delivery services shall not exceed $100 CAD in aggregate except where required by applicable law. Aisle FLO does not maintain insurance covering loss, theft, or third-party damage to packages during delivery except where expressly stated. Services are provided "as is" — Aisle FLO does not guarantee assignment volume or minimum earnings.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Aisle FLO from claims arising from loss or damage caused by your negligent, fraudulent, or unlawful acts, misdelivery, bodily injury, or failure to comply with these Delivery Terms or applicable law.
Customer personal information accessed during fulfillment must be used solely to complete the assigned order. You must comply with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy law in all aspects of your work as an Agent.
These Delivery Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Disputes shall be resolved before the courts of Ottawa, Ontario. Contact: [email protected] · 1 (844) 840-0579 · agency.aisleflo.ca
You are the seller and merchant of record for every order placed through your GetFLO storefront, your counter QR, or your table QR codes. You set your own menu, prices, hours, and availability. Aisle FLO supplies the software, your listing, order intake, and — where you enable it — courier dispatch.
Aisle FLO does not prepare, price, package, or sell your food, and does not buy your inventory. Nothing in this Agreement makes Aisle FLO a party to the sale between you and your customer.
| Plan | Monthly | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Direct | $0 — free forever | Any restaurant. Own your listing, publish your menu, and take direct orders; the diner pays the courier's live quoted delivery |
| Local | $149 | Cafés, food trucks, counters |
| Restaurant | $249 | Full sit-down independents |
| Multi-Location | $499 | Regional groups, up to five locations |
Paid plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars. Any free period, waived fee, or discounted rate is the one stated in your order form. Where it differs from the table above, your order form prevails, and we will not begin charging you before the date it states.
There is no setup fee, no minimum term, and no lock-in. Claiming your listing, publishing your menu, taking direct orders, and showing your phone, hours, and location are free, stay free on every plan, and stay up after you leave one.
The one-time $499 Launch Kit covers physical materials and hands-on configuration — POS terminal setup, durable vinyl booth QR stickers, bag-stuffer cards, and a print kit for migrating your existing menu. It is a one-time charge offered during onboarding, never a plan, and you may decline it and still take any paid plan.
We charge no commission on your food, on any channel. That covers your GetFLO storefront, your counter QR, your table QR, the links you post, and any customer you brought yourself — and it equally covers an order placed through the getflo.ca marketplace, which used to carry a 5% commission and no longer does. You keep 100% of your menu price, less your own standard card processing, a cost every restaurant already carries when a card is tapped in the dining room.
GetFLO earns its money from your subscription and, on a delivery order, from a small fixed logistics margin inside the delivery charge your customer pays — never from a percentage of your food.
Your statement names each order, the channel it came from, and any logistics margin applied to it. If we cannot identify a charge as ours, it is not charged.
Your customer pays the menu price, HST, delivery where they choose it, and any tip. That is the whole bill. GetFLO adds no platform, service, processing, or technology fee to a diner's order, and nothing is added to the total at the last step.
Card processing on a card order is yours, exactly as it is in your dining room, at the standard rate your processor applies. It is never charged to your customer, and it does not apply where an order is paid from a FaveWallet balance, because that money was already loaded onto a card once and we will not charge for the same movement twice.
Delivery is optional. Where you enable it, couriers are provided by third-party carriers (for example Uber Direct). Aisle FLO is a technology platform, not a courier and not a delivery business, and the carrier's own terms govern the delivery itself.
Delivery is priced per order at checkout from the carrier's live quote plus a small fixed service margin. There is no flat delivery fee, no zone cap, and no subsidy — a delivery charge reflects the actual trip rather than an average you would otherwise absorb. Your customer pays it.
You may enable or disable delivery at any time, or run pickup-only. If a delivery fails or runs late, tell us and the carrier is taken up directly — but we do not insure your food and are not liable for the carrier's acts or omissions.
The counter and cash flow works with no integration at all. Cash orders are entirely yours from start to finish: you keep your cash register, your float, and your existing in-person habits, with no disruption to your till.
Cash never loads a spendable FaveWallet balance. A wallet balance is loaded from a card payment; cash taken at your counter is never converted into one. That boundary is what keeps FaveWallet a closed-loop loyalty balance rather than a money-transmission product, and it holds on every plan.
You are responsible for the accuracy of everything on your storefront: dish names and descriptions, prices, sizes, availability, allergens, and dietary claims — including halal and any other religious or dietary certification. You warrant that these are accurate and current, and that you hold the certifications you assert.
You agree to indemnify Aisle FLO against claims arising from your menu content, your food, your preparation, and your certifications.
You grant Aisle FLO a licence to host, display, format, and transmit your menu and its prices on your storefront, at your QR destinations, and on the getflo.ca marketplace. That licence exists to operate the service and ends when this Agreement does. Your menu and your customer list remain yours: on request, at any time, and again on termination, we will provide an export of both in a portable format.
A table-ordering flow can take an order with no member of your staff in the loop. You warrant that you hold every licence required for on-premises food service and, where you sell it, for alcohol — and that you accept responsibility for anything your table QR codes make orderable.
You agree to keep your QR destinations accurate: mark items unavailable, and remove items you may no longer lawfully sell. If your licence status changes, tell us, and we will update or disable the flow with you.
Orders reach you the way your order form describes. Where your storefront dispatches an order to your own device by text message or telephone, the message thread with the customer and your own point of sale are the record of that order — that path keeps no order history on our side, and it should not be relied on for a dispute audit trail.
Where you enable ordering through a paired POS or a card rail, the order and its payment are recorded on both sides, and your statement is the record. We will tell you in writing before any change to the way orders reach you.
Your customer list belongs to you. We will not sell it, and we will not put a competitor's offer in front of a customer while they are midway through an order from you.
Plans run month to month unless your order form says otherwise, and you may cancel a paid plan at any time — no lock-in, no penalty. Cancelling returns you to the free Direct tier rather than removing you: you keep taking orders there, and your listing, your menu, your phone number, and your hours stay up.
We may suspend an account immediately for fraud, unlawful use, or sustained non-payment. Otherwise we will tell you before taking any action and give you the chance to fix the problem.
Anything you have already printed — booth stickers, table cards, bag stuffers — is a real cost. We will not let a code of yours point at a dead page without telling you first.
We send messages about our verifiable commercial relationship with you: order notifications, service and account notices, and — only where you have consented — marketing. Every marketing message identifies Aisle FLO and carries a working unsubscribe, as Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation requires. Merchant text messaging is registered with the carriers first, and no merchant-facing SMS is sent before that registration clears.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and the courts of Ottawa, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction.
