How Does Aisle FLO Shopper Service Work?

Aisle FLO makes it easy to order from your favorite stores. Shop for items from any store near you across North America. Aisle FLO will then connect you with a personal shopper in your area to shop and deliver your order. Contactless delivery is available with our “Leave at my door” option.

You can track your order’s progress and communicate with your shopper every step of the way using the Aisle FLO app or website.

How Much Does Shopper Service Cost?

You don’t need a membership to order with Aisle FLO. You can even order from warehouse clubs like Costco, Sam’s Club, and BJ’s Wholesale Club without a retailer club membership.

• Delivery: Always free local delivery up to 10 miles / 20 km.
• Service Fees: Service fees start at $10.99 per half hour and may vary based on factors like location and the number and types of items in your list. Service fees are paid to the shopper as base pay and can be viewed on every booking prior to checkout.
• You can pay your Shopper directly for Service and Goods received or subscribe to our nominal $5 per month subscription and Aisle FLO will process all payments and tips for the purchases and Shopper Fee.

Will I Pay the Same Price on Aisle FLO as I Would In-Store?

Yes, you will pay the same store prices, including sales, BOGO offers, and in-store promotions. Wholesale prices are set by the vendors and cannot be published online.

What Happens If Something Is Out of Stock and I Need to Give Specific Instructions?

Aisle FLO makes it easy to communicate with your shopper. If an item you want is out of stock at the store, your shopper will follow your replacement preferences.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance and chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can instruct the shopper to:

• Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgment to pick a replacement for your item.
• Pick Specific Replacement: You can choose a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out of stock.
• Don’t Replace: For items you’d rather not replace, choose “Don’t replace” to get a refund if the item is out of stock.

You can update or cancel your order as long as your shopper hasn’t started shopping. If you need to make changes after shopping has started, you can use the app or website to approve replacements or chat with your shopper.

Follow the tracking updates and live tracking to view your delivery and communicate with the Shopper.

Leave at My Door delivery allows you to have your groceries delivered without having to come to the door or be at home. You can leave delivery instructions for your shopper at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order arrives.

Leave at My Door is now the default setting for all Aisle FLO deliveries. If you prefer not to use this feature, simply uncheck the box that says “Leave at my door if I’m not around” at checkout.

Shipping & Payment

• Local shipping options are by courier only described as Shopper Service and delivered Same-day or Scheduled.
• Supported shipping zones BY within 20 kilometers. Included (free)
• Shipping costs over 20 km $10.95 added for each 10 KM, over, 15 Mi / 40 KM ($21.95)
• Policy around returns, exchanges, damages, and lost packages on per item basis only. Proof of delivery, gps, customer acknowledgment at door, and assumes all responsibility at delivery.
• Order processing and delivery times are made with every intention to be on time
• Payment options available are debit, credit, interac (Canada), Venmo, Cashapp, Google Pay, G Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal (Subscriptions only), Crypto Transfers, Zelle.
• Payment requirements, instructions and Contact information are required.
